My password won't let me unzip files

If the file you are trying to unzip has a lock icon next to it, then it has been password-protected. You need to obtain the password from the person who first created the zip archive. The password that you receive from me after registering only licenses your copy of ZipIt; it does not enable you to unzip files which have been locked unless you have the password for that file.

(However, note that unregistered copies of ZipIt cannot unzip locked files, whether or not you have the password. You need to register your copy of ZipIt in order to unzip locked files, AND you need to get the password from the creator of the archive.)
