When will I get my password?
The truth is that there is not enough time in the day for me to handle ZipIt
registrations in a consistently timely manner. It could take me anywhere from
four to eight weeks to send you your password; more if you didn't specify an
email address.
If it has been more than four weeks, and you haven't received
your password, check here
to see if I've entered you into my database. If it's been more than six weeks,
and you are not in my database, something may be wrong; if it's been more than
eight weeks, something is probably wrong. Call (877) 597-7271 or send me email.
